Central Mass Research is a division of Davis Advertising. As an advertising firm, Davis believes that research is one of the most important factors in planning and implementing an effective marketing communications strategy or campaign. Too often research is simply anecdotal, whereby the opinions are based on the company’s point of view, rather than the customers’. Because of this, when Davis moved into our expanded facility, we knew that establishing a focus group area for our clients was of utmost importance.
In today’s highly competitive world, a comprehensive understanding of the Worcester market is critical. Since Worcester is the second largest city in New England and is going through a true Renaissance, it becomes important for companies across the area to understand this growing community. Therefore, Davis decided to branch out and rent our facility to others. The Central Mass Research team signs NDAs with each focus group facilitator and customer who enter our program. While you are in our facility, we are a part of your team, and work with your moderators, observers and group participants as fully independent contractors, not employees of an advertising agency.
